RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming phone call in a polite and courteous manner and route appropriately
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct office
  • Stamp and mail payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and keep updated administrative instruction/directions and procedures for all major duties.
  • Communicate with sales teams as necessary to complete job duties
  • Work with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

Accounts Receivable Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer checks and conduct ACH deposits accurately and timely
  • Enter invoices and customer payments
  • Update spreadsheets for all payments received
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
  • Communicate with customers regarding their account balances and discrepancies
  • Work to establish customer credit limits
  • Process credit applications
  • Develop and keep updated administrative instruction/directions and procedures for all major duties.
  • Communicate with sales teams as necessary to complete job duties
  • Work with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
  • Keep manager informed of workload problems and/or issues
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed

A/P Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review invoices and enter them into ERP system
  • Stamp and mail payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Match back up to invoices.
  • Coordinate and process invoice payments to vendors.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding status of payments.
  • Maintain files on account status, supplier information, and payments processed.
  • Respond to suppliers’ requests for information regarding payments.
  • Develop and keep updated administrative instruction/directions and procedures for all major duties.
  • Communicate with sales teams as necessary to complete job duties
  • Work with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
  • Keep manager informed of workload problems and/or issues
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed

Billing Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bill customers based on shipments send from our warehouse
  • Bill customers based on shipments made from other warehouse
  • Bill customers based on shipments made from vendors
  • Work with purchasers and vendors to determine discrepancies
  • Ensure all billing done accurately
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on shipping orders
  • Appropriately bill invoices with appropriate tax rate
  • Develop and keep updated administrative instruction/directions and procedures for all major duties.
  • Communicate with sales teams as necessary to complete job duties
  • Work with other departments and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
  • Keep manager informed of workload problems and/or issues
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed
